    • May 15, 2009: After a five-day federal court jury trial, Ms. Spencer obtained a defense verdict for a construction and mining company accused of negligence in a towing incident involving a semi truck and front-end loader.
    • October 2009:  Ms. Spencer obtained a defense judgment following a bench trial in a premises liability action against a supermarket.
