Verdicts/Settlements (Case Results):

May 15, 2009: After a five-day federal court jury trial, Ms. Spencer obtained a defense verdict for a construction and mining company accused of negligence in a towing incident involving a semi truck and front-end loader.
October 2009: Ms. Spencer obtained a defense judgment following a bench trial in a premises liability action against a supermarket.

In May of 2010, Ms. Spencer's article titled "United States Supreme Court to Determine Whether Public Law School's Nondiscrimination Policy Violates First Amendment: Christian Legal Society v. Martinez," was published in DRI's e-newsletter The Voice.
In December of 2009, Ms. Spencer's article titled "The Importance of Pro Bono Legal Services: Why Young Lawyers Should Seek Out Rewarding Pro Bono Opportunities," was published in The Whisper, DRI Young Lawyers Committee Newsletter.
In April of 2009, Ms. Spencer's article titled "United States Supreme Court Takes a Closer Look at Qualified Immunity: Pearson v. Callahan and its Implications for Constitutional Tort Defense," was published in The Whisper, DRI Young Lawyers Committee Newsletter.

Other Outstanding Achievements:

At 16 years of age in 1999, Ms. Spencer was the youngest known graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver.
At 21 years of age in 2004, Ms. Spencer was the youngest documented graduate of the University of Denver College of Law.
